Community and business surveys

The Queensland Government introduced the Community Benefit System in July 2025 to ensure that renewable energy developments deliver meaningful benefits to local communities and reflect community expectations. An important part of this system is the Social Impact Assessment (SIA), which helps guide how benefits are shared. To support the SIA for the Wooderson Solar project, Central Queensland Power (CQP) is seeking input from residents and local businesses. Your feedback will help shape how the project supports the community and builds on insights already gathered during recent information sessions and meetings.
