The Project is owned by Central Queensland Power (CQP), a joint venture between RES and Energy Estate. CQP, backed by internal expertise, collaborates with reputable Queensland and local consultants including Umwelt, Australian Heritage Specialists, DNV, LatStudios, Access Traffic Consulting and LEC Land and Environment Consultants to ensure project success.
Together, we aim to support the Central Queensland economy and deliver new jobs during the energy transition, ensuring a sustainable and prosperous future for the region.

Energy Estate
Energy Estate is one of the leading developers and strategic designers of Renewable Energy Industrial Precincts (REIPs) across Australia. As a developer and business accelerator, Energy Estate is focused on driving the transformation and transition of the energy industry. With its partners, Energy Estate is developing large scale renewable energy and “green” hydrogen projects in Central Queensland and at Abbot Point in Queensland. Energy Estate is co-developer of the Walcha Energy Project in NSW and its affiliate, Renew Estate, successfully developed the Bomen Solar Farm in NSW.
