Central Queensland Power (CQP) is exhibiting and speaking at the Queensland Community Energy Forum in Calliope on Wednesday 4 November 2026. The event is being hosted by Coexistence Queensland in partnership with Queensland Government and Gladstone Regional Council.
The free forum will bring together community, industry and government representatives to share reliable, factual information about energy and resources projects underway and proposed across the Gladstone region.
Local residents, landholders and businesses will be able to hear directly from project representatives, learn about upcoming developments and ask questions about what to expect as projects progress—including potential local benefits and how impacts will be managed.
CQP looks forward to meeting members of the community, hearing what matters to local people and sharing information about the proposed Wooderson Solar Farm
