Strong turnout at Calliope River Historical Village Markets

In May 2026, the Wooderson Solar Farm project team hosted an information stall at the local markets, speaking with more than 80 community members about the project. 

Many people took the opportunity to ask questions and share their views, with the most common topics including where the project is located, expected construction timing, and potential employment opportunities. 

It was great to see such a strong turnout at the markets and so many families enjoying the atmosphere on Mother’s Day. We appreciated the chance to connect with the community and thank everyone who stopped by for a chat.
