CQP Attends Gladstone Engineering Alliance International Women’s Day Lunch
Central Queensland Power (CQP) recently attended the Gladstone Engineering Alliance International Women’s Day lunch on March 9, joining regional industry and community partners to celebrate International Women’s Day 2026 at the Gladstone Entertainment Convention Centre.
Aligned with this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” the event provided an opportunity to reflect on the importance of equity, inclusion and leadership, while recognising the contributions of women who are shaping the future of Central Queensland. The lunch also offered valuable time for connection and conversation across the regional engineering and energy sectors.
CQP congratulates the Gladstone Engineering Alliance on hosting a sold‑out and inspiring event that highlighted leadership, collaboration and the value of giving back to strengthen communities.
